Scientific research is one of the most important elements that countries rely on. It is the cornerstone of building any economy based on innovation, and a very important basis for generating new knowledge and sustaining economic growth.

We had contributed to the opening of a new laboratory in the Africa City Of Technology on 12/5/2022 AD to enrich scientific research in our country, Sudan, which is the Proteomics and Glycobiology laboratory.
Where the inauguration was made by Dr. Asim Ahmed Hassan, Director of the Department of Scientific Research and Innovation at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Ahmed Al-Qasim, Chairman of the Infrastructure Committee at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and their accompanying members, and the Director General of Africa City Of Technology, Prof. Emad Kanouzi
In the presence of Dr. Reem, Dean of Scientific Research, Dr. Maha Babiker, Head of the Proteomics and Glycobiology Department, researchers in scientific research laboratories, and employees of Africa City Of Technology.
Prof. Emad Kanouzi emphasized that the laboratory will greatly help in receiving more different students, researchers, which will increase their knowledge and thus their innovation of various products that help the growth of the Sudanese economy.
